- The project aimed at establishing an Institutional electoral framework conducive for free and fair elections; and an informed electorate capable of making decisions without coercion or influence. Expected outcomes were: empowered implementing partners carrying out the voter education exercise; voter education materials produced for target groups; and established voter education database.
