- The project supported the development of a government communication strategy. The objectives of the project were to: improve the level of information in the public domain; to ensure that the media and civil society groups are better informed on the Agreements of Linas-Marcoussis and Accra II; and to build, develop and propagate the image of an Ivory Coast alleviated, consensual, fraternal and interdependent country.
